EULA - End User License Agreement

Read this document before installing the software "VersionBox". You agree that your installation or use of the software acknowledges that you have read this license, understood it, and agreed to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use the software.
This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and the author of "VersionBox".

LICENSE

1.Copyright
All copyrights to the program "VersionBox" belongs only to its author - "Verbox Software". You are not allowed to remove the copyright notice from any copy of the software.

2.Limitations on Using, Copying, and Modifying the Software
Except the extent expressly permitted by this agreement you must not use, copy or modify the software.

3.Decompiling, Disassembling, or Reverse Engineering
You are not permitted to modify, decompile, disassemble or make reverse engineering of this software.

4.Software Licenses
"VersionBox" has a single computer usage license. Home users may use their single computer usage license on all computers which are in property of the license owner. One usage license per computer is required for business users.
There are two types of single computer usage licenses - Lite and Full:
a. The Lite version is free. It has basic functions but some options are limited. You are allowed to use and copy "VersionBox Lite" without the pay and the registration. "VersionBox Lite" may be freely distributed.
b. The Full version provides one with ample opportunity. To use it one should conduct the pay registration. To buy a license for full "VersionBox", please, visit www.verbox.com for details.

5.No Transfer of License
You must not transfer your license of the software save for the extent expressly permitted by this agreement ways. You are not permitted to generate registration keys, to sell, to transmit or to distribute them in any other way. You are not permitted to hand in employment or lease, to sell or transmit to other persons and also to distribute the registered copy of the software in any other way.

6.Software updates
Registered users of "VersionBox" can update the software. Please, visit www.verbox.com for details.

7.Disclaimer of warranty
"VersionBox" is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. Neither the author nor the agents of the author will be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software. Author is not obligated to provide any updates, upgrades or technical support for the software. In no event author will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or for any lost profits, lost savings from or relating to the software or this agreement.
